Del Monte Gold (Ananas comosus cv. ?)
The best pineapple I have tried. The fruit is a beautiful gold color with a fragrance
that smells so sweet you think you have some fresh honey in your mouth. These pineapples
have seeds which germinate rather easily.

Del Monte (Ananas comosus cv. ?)
This pineapple is delicious and has a different flavor than other pineapples I have
tried. The fruits are sold green, and don't have a pineapple smell. They are definitely
delicious even though the fruits I ate weren't completely ripe.
Unlabeled Supermarket Variety (Ananas comosus
cv. ?)
These plants have a slight red smear down the center of the leaves. The red smear
expands to nearly the entire leaf when the plant flowers. It is quite a sight to see such
a large plant that turns red when flowering, not to mention the delicious pineapple
forming on the red plant. The flavor of the fruits from my plants is
200% better than the original fruit the plant came from.

Variegated Pineapple (Ananas comosus
variegatus)
This plant is beautiful and sharp. The leaves are very spiny. It is impossible to go
near the plant without getting poked, but the beauty of the plant is worth a
little pain. The
leaves have green and cream colored stripes with pink stripes along the edges and spines.

This is a
mutant of my variegated pineapple that does not appear to have any
chlorophyll. It died quickly after removing it from the fruit, but
it will live here in photographic memory.
Miniature Pineapple (Ananas nanus)
The fruit on this plant is about an inch tall, and is nearly as spiny as the variegated
pineapple. It is neat to see such a small pineapple compared to the edible ones.

Seedling Pineapples (Ananas comosus cv. ?)
I have two trays of seedling pineapple plants that are a little more than a year old.
The tallest is a foot tall, and is growing under a grow light in my room. The
majority of the seedlings are 2" to 3" tall. The variation is
interesting some plants have wide leaves, some have narrow leaves, some have
spines, some do not, and one appears to be reddish green.
